Call Riley. Give her something to handle.

Riley runs the front desk for a fictional Broward plumbing business. Tell her your water heater is leaking, ask whether someone can come today, and hear how she takes the details.

This is a demo, not a plumbing service. No plumber will be dispatched. Calls are recorded. Use a made-up job and address, and only give a callback number you control.

Here's what you get back.

About a minute after the call, the useful part lands on your phone. Every call also rolls into your front desk portal, so you can see who called, what they needed, what happened, and how the month is going.

Then it all rolls into your front desk.

The first front desk went into my family's business.

Computer Input is my family's low-voltage cabling company in South Florida. It has been doing that work for 40 years.

Its front desk, Jackie, takes the calls the owner can't answer, collects the details, and sends a message to follow up.

Computer Input is our first live client. It is also my family's business. That's the relationship, plainly.

I'm the person setting this up and checking it daily. The person you spoke to before opening this page is the person you'll work with.

A few things worth asking.

Is a real person answering?
No. The front desk is AI. I'm the real person running it: setup, daily checks, and changes.
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. Calls forward when you can't pick up. I check the routing with you before it goes live.
I run Google Local Services Ads. Does this matter?
More after October 1. Google will bill for business-hours calls that ring 20 seconds, whether anyone picks up or not, and plumbing leads run about $60. We'll set up your forwarding together so those calls get answered.
Does the front desk decide which jobs I take?
No. It takes the request and the details. You decide what to take on.
What website work is included?
A phone-first plumber site with your photos, prices, towns and reviews, kept current. Here's the sample. Happy with the site you have? Then we keep that one current instead.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The service is month to month. If it is not worth it in your first 30 days, you get the first month back.

Let's see how it would work on your line.

We'll talk through your calls, who should get the messages, and what setup would involve.
