Who we are

Let's Chat Marketing is a small South Florida studio operated by David Russell. We build websites and AI receptionists for service businesses. You can reach us any time at david@letschatmarketing.com.

The short version

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party ad trackers.
• We use Vercel's first-party, cookie-free analytics to count page views and measure site speed.
• If you fill out a form (audit request, contact, booking), we keep what you typed so we can reply.
• Email us and we will delete your data on request. No forms, no hoops.

What we collect

Anonymous analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These collect anonymized page views, referrer URLs, country-level location, browser type, device type, and page-load performance. They do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites. Vercel processes the data on our behalf and we never see anything that identifies you personally.

Information you give us

If you fill out a form on this site — for example the free site audit form, the Spark intake form, or any future contact form — we receive the information you typed. Typically: your name, email address, website URL, and business type. We use that information solely to reply, deliver what you asked for, and follow up if it makes sense.

If you book a call through our Cal.com link, Cal.com (a third-party scheduling service) collects your name, email, and any meeting notes you provide. Their privacy practices are governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Email correspondence

When you email us, we keep your message and email address in our inbox so we can have a continuous conversation. We do not use bulk email tools to add you to marketing lists without your explicit opt-in.

What we do with it

• Replies and deliverables. Form submissions are used to send you what you asked for (an audit, a proposal, an answer) and continue the conversation.
• Improving the site. Anonymous analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow.
• Internal records. We keep a record of who we talked to and what we discussed so we can run the studio honestly.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We don't use behavioral advertising or remarketing pixels.
• We don't add you to a newsletter, drip campaign, or marketing list unless you explicitly subscribed.
• We don't share your data with anyone except the small set of service providers listed below, and only as needed to run the site and reply to you.

Service providers we use

These vendors process data on our behalf. We have chosen them because they have reasonable privacy practices.

• Vercel — hosting and analytics. Privacy policy.
• Cal.com — meeting scheduling. Privacy policy.
• Google Workspace — email and document storage. Privacy policy.
• GitHub — source code hosting (not used to store visitor data). Privacy statement.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. Vercel's analytics are cookie-free. We may set a small functional cookie in the future to remember your preferences (for example, a closed banner), and if we do, we will update this page first.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it permanently.
• Export it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email david@letschatmarketing.com with a short description of what you want. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days.

If you are a resident of California, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with stronger privacy laws, your rights under those laws (including the CCPA, GDPR, and similar frameworks) apply, and the email above is the channel to invoke them.

Data retention

We keep form submissions and email correspondence for as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable record-keeping period afterward (typically a few years). Anonymous analytics are retained by Vercel under their default retention. If you ask us to delete your data, we do.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, when it makes sense, surface the change on the homepage. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
